  • Screenshot capture at various viewport sizes
  • AI-powered visual analysis
  • Technology stack detection
  • Security scoring
  • API access for programmatic use

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Capture screenshots of illegal content
  • Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or malicious activities
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Credits and Billing

5.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Different operations consume different amounts of credits. Credit balances do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payments

Payments are processed through our billing partner. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

6. API Terms

If you use our API:

  • Respect rate limits and quotas for your tier
  • Keep API keys confidential and do not share them
  • Include proper attribution when required
  • Do not use the API to build competing services

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by DomainShots.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. Screenshots captured through our Service are licensed to you for your use but we retain rights to aggregate analytics and anonymized data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI ANALYSIS RESULTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND MAY NOT BE 100% ACCURATE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMAINSHOTS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting to our website or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
